Former fashion model in Southeast Asia, Natalie Redding finished her B.S. and M.S. in Animal Science/Animal Biotechnology from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Married to Sean Redding (son of hair care icon Jheri Redding), Natalie lives in Southern California with her 5 children, the love of her life, Cutie Pie Von Lovalee (Pomeranian) and her ever growing flock of sheep, goats, chickens, alpacas, Turkeys, Peafowl, horses, cows, llamas, etc…
Natalie gained popularity in the fiber business after having an extremely successful venture producing hand spun yarns for the biggest online yarn retailer; Yarnmarket. In 2011, Natalie gave up her lucrative hand spinning to focus on her first passion, shepherding. While she no longer makes yarn, she credits yarn with giving her the ability to have a public voice and give her entree into such publications as Vogue Knitting, Knit & Style, LA TImes, Press Enterprise, Hobby Farms Magazine and with television appearances on both NHK Japan and MTV Teen Cribs. Natalie also has a spotlight in Lexi Boeger aka Pluckfluff’s new book as well as several yarns in a newly published knitwear book by famed knitwear designer, Nicky Epstein.
Today, Namaste Farms’ Natalie Redding continues to shepherd while actively promoting her flock and fiber through social media. She also produces popular youtube videos and a live Blogtalk radio program to promote the fiber arts and responsible animal production.

We are talking about a wound the size of my entire palm... tissue is all healthy and beautiful.

May 18, 2013 at 7:15 pm Here is your name sake, "Kimberly the Bottle Fed Goat." Remember, she was raised inside with our dogs and thinks Lace is playing with her, not herding her. She cracks me up.
May 18, 2013 at 3:12 pm Lace realized that biting his head was dangerous and now, takes ahold of his shoulder when he tries to hit her. That's a mouthful of mohair she has. Of course, photo by Knottynaomi Spins!
May 18, 2013 at 3:01 pm Scrappy holding the flock. He is so good... (what you can't see is Lace is actually doing the work, she's just not in the picture.) Awesome photography from Knottynaomi Spins.
May 18, 2013 at 2:41 pm This is one of my favorite pictures ever... Knottynaomi Spins does it again. I work Scrappy everyday now and he loves it. Both are powered by OH Kruse Show Feeds.

May 17, 2013 at 7:00 pm This is one of the most honest interviews i've read. I wondered why Cesar is no longer filming "Dog Whisperer." I do believe in Cesar's methods based on my experience with my flight animals (and my predatory ones). Further, Cesar airs on the same network my show will be on... please have respect, and even if you don't agree with his methods, I would appreciate you not commenting negatively. I am trying to share with you an honest and very heartfelt interview by a man who's had positive impact on my life. http://www.mensjournal.com/magazine/rescuing-dog-whisperer-cesar-millan-20130207
The world knew Cesar Millan as the 'Dog Whisperer' – the man who understood everything about the canine mind. But when it came to humans, he had a lot to learn.

Laura is one of my all time favorite spinners. I used to say that Janice Rosema had an amazing ability to put the perfect amount of twist on her lock spinning. Laura Spinner has this same ability.
